This program is perfect for expecting Mums in first, second and third trimester and post natal once ready to ease back after your 6 week doctor clearance.
We have been working with pregnancy expert Physiotherapist , Marney from @sumofus_studio to ensure all exercises are safe and effective, our 28 nutrition team has modified the eating plan to ensure expecting Mums and their bubs will receive all the essential nutri
ents required while avoiding any dangerous foods during this critical time. These added nutrients are also critical for new Mums during breast feeding. We have also included pregnancy and post natal Pilates from @pilates_sara and pregnancy and post natal yoga from @angea_acupuncture_yoga. These Dangerous Girls Placed Me Into Jeopardy
In addition we have some great mindfulness and continued education content to help you in both body and mind during this beautiful time.
